The rule, in words
Each answer counts as the top of its range, so “3 to 10” GSTINs counts as 10. The plan is the first of Free, Seller, Business and Practice whose GSTINs, logins and bills from photos all reach your answers. Filing for clients does not change the plan; it changes what you choose at sign-up. Past Practice’s limits, start on Practice and ask about larger volumes.

If you stop paying
The account falls back to the Free plan’s limits. Returns you have prepared stay readable and your history stays. Nothing is deleted for non-payment.
If you outgrow a plan
The app says which limit you reached, and everything already prepared stays open and keeps working while you decide.
If you file for others
Practice covers 100 registrations and 25 staff logins, each staff member seeing only the clients assigned to them. Ask us about larger volumes.

Yes. The free plan covers 2 GSTIN profiles and 6 prepared returns a month, with every validation rule running in full, the GSTR-2B, the GSTR-3B draft and Tally, and the same GSTN-ready JSON the paid plans produce. The checks are the product, and they are not held back on the free plan.
The account falls back to the free plan’s limits. Returns you have already prepared stay readable, your filing history stays intact, and the GST profiles you have created keep working; you simply cannot add more. Nothing is deleted for non-payment.
