Which report, and from where

The traps in this file

None of these raises an error. Each one makes a wrong return that balances.

Trap 01A mapping cannot check itselfThe arithmetic rules still run in full, but they cannot tell you a column was pointed at the wrong field.

What fynxIQ doesShows sample rows beside each field while you map, so you can see what each column holds. Compare against the marketplace summary the first time you use one.

Trap 02The purchase register has the same columnsA purchase register carries the same columns as a sales register. GSTR-1 is what you sold; what you bought is claimed in GSTR-3B.

What fynxIQ doesLeaves out a sheet headed "Purchase Register", "Inward" or "Expenses" however well its columns fit, and the return’s notes say so. A totals row at the foot of a register is left out too.

Trap 03One invoice, three filesThe invoice book as photographs, the same invoices as a register, and the register again with other headings. Added up as they come, every sale is counted three times.

What fynxIQ doesCounts the same document number with the same date, buyer, place and figures once, and keeps the copy that states a code. When two copies disagree, the return stops and names the part they disagree on.
