# fynxIQ > GST return preparation for Indian e-commerce sellers and the CA firms that file > for them. Drop in the reports Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and Myntra give you, an > Excel register, photographed bills or a Tally Day Book; fynxIQ builds the GSTR-1, > checks it against itself and the portal’s TCS statement, holds purchases against > the GSTR-2B, drafts the GSTR-3B and works with Tally both ways. You file on the > portal yourself. fynxIQ is deterministic software, not a model guessing at your numbers. Money is held in integer paise and compared exactly. Every figure in a return traces back to the file and row it came from. When two documents disagree, it says so and stops rather than picking one. Every check names the arithmetic or the notification it rests on, with the date that notification took effect (see /verified). What it prepares: the GSTR-1 JSON the portal accepts (every table, amendments and nil returns included); a reconciliation of the GSTR-2B with the purchase books; a GSTR-3B draft held against the portal’s own 3B; Tally both ways, a Day Book export read as vouchers and the sales and purchases sent back as Tally XML import files. For CA firms: a board of every client, a calendar of what is overdue and due this week, the GSTR-1 and the GSTR-3B each marked filed with its ARN, and upload links a client uses without an account. What it does not do: file on your behalf, or ask for a portal password. By default it does not connect to the GST portal. Portal access through a GST Suvidha Provider is built and not offered yet; once it is offered, it is opt-in per registration, with the taxpayer’s own OTP (used once, never stored), reads only, and is revocable at once. Where files go: marketplace reports, registers, a Tally Day Book and the GSTR-2B are read in the browser and are not uploaded. A photographed or PDF bill is sent to an AI reader only with the user’s written consent, and what it reads counts only once a person confirms it. ## Start here - [Home](https://fynxiq.com/): What fynxIQ prepares each month, for whom, and how to start free - [What it does](https://fynxiq.com/features): GSTR-1, bills from photos, GSTR-2B, GSTR-3B, TCS statement, Tally, and the firm workspace - [Which file to download, from where](https://fynxiq.com/files): The exact list per source, the GST portal included, what each file builds, and what breaks without it - [How it works](https://fynxiq.com/how-it-works): Upload, review, reconcile, download: what happens at each step - [What every check rests on](https://fynxiq.com/verified): Each check, its kind (arithmetic, statute, portal, format) and its instrument - [What it reads](https://fynxiq.com/integrations): Which sources are read, and how confident each one is - [Pricing](https://fynxiq.com/pricing): Free plan and paid plans, in rupees, monthly and annual - [For CA firms](https://fynxiq.com/for-ca-firms): The firm workspace: board, calendar, ARN marks, staff, upload links, Tally both ways, and an afternoon test script - [Tools](https://fynxiq.com/tools): Free tools in the browser, and what the app does ## Free tools (no account; they run in the browser and send nothing) - [GSTR-1 from marketplace reports](https://fynxiq.com/tools/gstr1-converter): Drop a month of Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho or Myntra files and see the return and every check, worked out in your browser. - [GSTR-1 JSON validator](https://fynxiq.com/tools/gstr1-json-validator): Hold a JSON from any product against the offline tool’s rules and the Table 12 cross-tally before you upload it. - [HSN code checker](https://fynxiq.com/tools/hsn-checker): Whether a code can exist, how many digits Table 12 needs from you, and the rate on file, with what is not known said plainly. - [GST late fee calculator](https://fynxiq.com/tools/gst-late-fee-calculator): The late fee on a GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-4, GSTR-7 or GSTR-8 from the due date and the filing date, with the caps in force and the three-year bar. - [TCS calculator for sellers](https://fynxiq.com/tools/tcs-calculator): What a marketplace should collect under section 52 on a month’s net sales, by tax head, against what the portal shows. - [GSTIN checker](https://fynxiq.com/tools/gstin-checker): Whether a GSTIN is well formed and its check digit matches, with the state and PAN it carries. ## In the app (on every plan, the free one included) - [GSTR-1 from any sales file](https://fynxiq.com/features#gstr1): Marketplace reports, your Excel register, a Tally Day Book and photographed bills in one ledger, every table built from it and checked to the paisa, amendments and nil returns included. - [Bills and invoices from photos and PDFs](https://fynxiq.com/features#bills): A handwritten bill book or a PDF invoice read page by page, each figure checked against the page’s own arithmetic, and counted only once you confirm it. - [GSTR-2B against your purchase books](https://fynxiq.com/features#purchases): Every bill in your purchase register or bill pile held against the GSTR-2B: matched, differing, missing from the statement, or missing from your books. - [GSTR-3B draft](https://fynxiq.com/features#gstr3b): Table 3.1 from your GSTR-1, Table 4 from the GSTR-2B with your reversals in their rows, tax set off in the order the Act fixes, and the result held against the portal’s own 3B. - [TCS statement check](https://fynxiq.com/features#tcs): The portal’s TCS credit statement against what you sold through each marketplace, operator by operator and state by state, before you file. - [Tally, both ways](https://fynxiq.com/features#tally): A TallyPrime Day Book export read as vouchers, and the checked month sent back as Tally import files, sales and purchases, posted only to ledgers you have named once. Import the purchase files into a copy of the company first. - [Board, calendar and upload links, for CA firms](https://fynxiq.com/features#firm): Every client’s period on one board, a calendar of what is overdue and due this week, the GSTR-1 and the GSTR-3B each marked filed with its ARN, staff assigned client by client, and a link a client drops files on without an account. ## What it reads - [Amazon](https://fynxiq.com/integrations/amazon): Both halves of Amazon’s Merchant Tax Report read as GST law reads them: shipments as invoices, refunds as credit notes, promotions cutting tax and base. - [Meesho](https://fynxiq.com/integrations/meesho): Meesho splits a month across two downloads. The amounts are in one and the document numbers in the other, joined on the sub-order number. - [Flipkart](https://fynxiq.com/integrations/flipkart): Flipkart’s Sales Report and its own GSTR report, read apart and checked against each other. On a real November month the two agreed to the paisa. - [Myntra](https://fynxiq.com/integrations/myntra): Myntra’s Packed, RT and RTO reports told apart by their columns, each item counted once, and matched to the portal’s TCS statement in eight real months. - [Tally, Busy, Marg](https://fynxiq.com/integrations/tally): A GSTR-1 workbook from Tally, Busy or Marg, or a TallyPrime Day Book read as vouchers, fully checked; the month goes back to Tally as import files. - [Anything else](https://fynxiq.com/integrations/other): Point the fields at your columns once and any spreadsheet becomes a source. On the Seller plan and above the mapping is saved and reused every month. ## The files each source gives you ### Amazon - Merchant Tax Report: B2C (required); looks like: b2cReport_November_2025.zip, holding MTR_B2C-NOVEMBER-2025-.csv; builds: Every consumer sale, refund and cancellation of the month. - Merchant Tax Report: B2B (recommended); looks like: The B2B report on the same screen, downloaded the same way; builds: Table 4: sales to buyers who gave a GSTIN. - GST ready-to-file report (recommended); looks like: A workbook whose tabs are named after GSTR-1 sections; builds: Nothing on its own: it is checked against the return built from the MTR files, figure by figure. ### Meesho - GST report (TCS) (required); looks like: gst__11_2025.zip, holding tcs_sales.xlsx and tcs_sales_return.xlsx; builds: Every sale and every return, with the tax collected at source. - Tax invoice details (required); looks like: A second zip from the same screen, holding Tax_invoice_details.xlsx; builds: The invoice numbers, joined to the amounts on the sub-order number. ### Flipkart - Sales Report (required); looks like: A spreadsheet with a random name, whose tabs are Help, Sales Report and Cash Back Report; builds: Every invoice and credit note of the month, one row each, with the HSN code. - Report for GSTR-1 and GSTR-8 Return Filing (recommended); looks like: A second spreadsheet, whose tabs are named "Section 5B in GSTR-1", "Section 12 in GSTR-1", "Section 3 in GSTR-8" and so on; builds: Flipkart's own account of the month, checked against the one built from the Sales Report. Without the Sales Report its totals are Flipkart’s part of the return. ### Myntra - GSTR report: Packed (required); looks like: part-00012-tid-505065954956777760-....c000, a CSV whose name says nothing about what is in it; builds: Every order dispatched in the month. - GSTR report: RT (recommended); looks like: Another part-000NN-tid-... file, from the same screen; builds: The customer returns, as credit notes against the sales. - GSTR report: RTO (recommended); looks like: A third part-000NN-tid-... file; builds: Orders that came back undelivered, as an invoice and its reversal. - Invoices (not for GSTR-1); looks like: invoice_prod_....zip, holding PDFs with COMMISSION and LOGISTICS in the name; builds: Nothing for GSTR-1. These are bills Myntra raised to YOU. The GST on them is input credit: drop the PDFs on the Purchases page, where they are read into your books and held against your GSTR-2B. ### Tally, Busy, Marg - GSTR-1 export in the GSTN template (one of the two); looks like: One workbook with sheets named b2b (or b2b,sez,de), b2cs, cdnr, cdnur, exp, exemp, hsn(b2b), hsn(b2c), docs and ecom. Tally names it GSTR1_Excel_Workbook_Template; builds: Every table the sheets carry: 4, 5, 6A, 7, 8, 9B, 12 (both halves), 13 and 14, and the amendments in 9A, 9C and 10. Read as a finished return and checked against itself, since the invoices behind a summary sheet are not in it. - TallyPrime Day Book export (one of the two); looks like: An XML file from TallyPrime: Display More Reports, then Day Book, then Alt+E, with XML as the format, under whatever name you give it. Tally writes it as UTF-16; a copy saved again as UTF-8 reads too; builds: The GSTR-1 from the vouchers: every sales invoice, credit note and debit note of the month, each line traced to its voucher, with every check a marketplace month gets. - The same month’s marketplace reports, beside the workbook (recommended); looks like: Amazon MTR, Meesho, Flipkart files for the month; builds: A second return from the orders, held against the workbook line by line. ### The GST portal and your books - TDS and TCS credit received (Excel, or PDF) (recommended); looks like: _NOV_2025.xlsx or TDS_AND_TCS_CREDIT_RECEIVED__112025.pdf from the portal, under Returns, then TDS and TCS credit received; builds: Nothing in the return. The Excel is held against Table 14 operator by operator and state by state, and it settles which TCS registration each marketplace actually files under. The PDF carries one total and names no operator, so it checks the total alone; it is read in your browser and never sent anywhere. - GSTR-2B, as JSON or Excel (required); looks like: A .json file, or an Excel workbook with a sheet for each section (B2B, B2B-CDNR, ECO, ISD, IMPG), from the portal: Returns, Returns Dashboard, pick the month, GSTR-2B, Download, then Generate JSON file to download. The portal generates it on the 14th of the next month; builds: On Purchases, the statement every bill in your books is held against: matched, within rounding, differing, in the statement only, or in your books only, with the credit it allows by heading. On the GSTR-3B page, Table 4. Read in your browser and never sent anywhere. - Purchase register (recommended); looks like: Whatever you keep your supplier bills in, as Excel or CSV: Tally’s Purchase Register export, Busy’s or Marg’s, or a sheet of your own with the supplier’s GSTIN, the bill number, the date and the taxable value or the tax; builds: Your side of the purchases, on the Purchases page: each bill matched to the GSTR-2B on the supplier’s GSTIN and the bill number, and the purchase vouchers Tally imports built from it. Read in your browser. Photographed or PDF bills can go in beside it or instead of it; each of those is sent through our server to Anthropic’s Claude API, or Google’s Gemini API when Claude cannot answer, to be read, once you have agreed to it, and the picture itself is not kept. - The portal’s GSTR-3B, as a PDF (recommended); looks like: The PDF the portal gives for the period, draft or filed, headed Form GSTR-3B. Read from the text it carries, row by row, in your browser, never from its name; builds: Nothing new. On the GSTR-3B page the draft built from your GSTR-1 and GSTR-2B is held against it row by row, so you see what the portal is about to file before you submit it. - Amazon settlement report (Flat File V2) (recommended); looks like: A tab-separated .txt named with a number, one per settlement period, from Seller Central: Payments, All Statements, Download Flat File V2 beside the period. Not the Settlement Summary PDF, which has no orders; builds: On Settlements, every line of the payout with its order: the price and its tax, each fee and the GST on it, the TCS under section 52 and the TDS under section 194-O, held against your sales report, the TCS and TDS rates, the portal’s TCS statement, your bank and, if you type it, the marketplace’s rate card; and two journals per settlement for Tally. Read in your browser. - Flipkart Settled Transactions report (recommended); looks like: An .xlsx with a random name from Flipkart’s seller panel: Reports, Payment Reports, Settled Transactions, at most 31 days at a time. A sheet per kind of money (Orders, Storage_Recall, Ads, TCS_Recovery, TDS, GST_Details); builds: The same as Amazon’s, one settlement per NEFT id: each order’s sale and refund, the marketplace fee part by part, the GST on it by head from GST_Details, TCS and TDS, and every other sheet’s money. It is told apart from the Sales Report by what is in it, and never read as sales. Read in your browser. - Meesho payments report (published layout) (recommended); looks like: An .xlsx from the Meesho supplier panel: Payments, Download, Payments to Date. Sheets Disclaimer, Order Payments, Ads Cost, Referral Payments and Compensation and Recovery; a banner row over the headings. Read from the layout public parsers of the download use, not yet from a file a seller gave us; builds: On Settlements, one payout per Transaction ID: each sub-order’s sale and return with GST in it, Meesho’s commission and other fees with the GST on them worked at 18%, TCS and TDS, and the ads cost as deductions of their own, held against your Meesho GST report, the rates, your bank and the rate card you type. Read in your browser. - Myntra settled reports (published layout) (recommended); looks like: Two .csv files from the Myntra partner portal: Payments, Sale Payment and Return Payment (the forward and reverse settled reports), with snake_case headings such as order_release_id and total_actual_settlement. Read from the layout of one public export, not yet from a file a seller gave us; builds: One payout per UTR, made of the payment, commission and logistics parts each order line carries for it, prepaid and postpaid, with TCS and TDS taken out of the commission part, held against your Myntra GSTR reports by packet id and against the rate card you type. Read in your browser. - Form 26AS from TRACES, as text or PDF (published layout) (recommended); looks like: From the e-filing portal, View Form 26AS, on TRACES: the text file (caret separated, inside a zip locked with the date of birth or incorporation as ddmmyyyy; unzip it first) or the PDF without its password. Read from TRACES’ own e-tutorial and one 2024-25 TRACES PDF, not yet from a file a seller gave us; Form 168, from tax year 2026-27, is unseen; builds: Each marketplace’s TDS under section 194-O, by the month it was credited, in place of a figure typed on Settlements, held against what the settlements deducted. Only that figure is kept; your PAN, name and address, the other deductors and every deductor’s TAN stay in your browser. - Bank statement, as Excel, CSV or PDF (published layouts) (required); looks like: The statement your bank’s net banking downloads for the account: Excel or CSV for any bank, read by its headings, or the PDF without its password for SBI, HDFC, ICICI, Axis and Kotak, read from the text it carries. Read from the layouts of statements their holders published in court and other public filings and of open-source parsers, not yet from a statement a seller gave us; Kotak’s headings were seen only in real statements kept in open-source projects, not in a Kotak PDF given to us; builds: On the Bank page, a Receipt, Payment or Contra voucher for Tally for every entry, against the ledger its party was placed in before, and Suspense for the rest until it is placed. The running balance is held on every entry, and against the opening and closing balances a PDF prints, before anything goes to Tally. On Settlements, the statement, as Excel, CSV or one of those five banks’ PDFs, shows whether each payout reached the bank. Read in your browser: a PDF locked with a password is not opened, and of the statement only the account’s last four digits, the closing balance its last vouchers file ran to and the entries waiting in Suspense are kept. ## Guides - [All guides](https://fynxiq.com/guides): Every guide by topic: GSTR-1 from each marketplace and your own books, the tables, GSTR-2B, GSTR-3B, Tally, a CA practice - [Table 12: the HSN summary that has to match everything else](https://fynxiq.com/guides/table-12-hsn-summary): Why the HSN summary in GSTR-1 is the table most likely to be quietly wrong, how to check it in a minute, and what a mismatch costs you later. - [Filing GSTR-1 as an Amazon seller, without guessing](https://fynxiq.com/guides/gstr-1-for-amazon-sellers): Which Amazon reports you need, what each transaction type means for the return, and the four places the Merchant Tax Report is easy to misread. - [TCS under section 52, and what actually goes in Table 14](https://fynxiq.com/guides/tcs-under-section-52): What the marketplace collects as TCS under section 52, what you report in Table 14 of GSTR-1, and why that figure is not the TCS amount itself. - [Table 13: what counts as a document issued](https://fynxiq.com/guides/document-series-table-13): What counts as a document issued in Table 13 of GSTR-1: invoice series, cancellations, and zero-value invoices easy to count on the wrong side. - [Filing GSTR-1 as a Meesho seller](https://fynxiq.com/guides/gstr-1-for-meesho-sellers): The two Meesho downloads a month needs, how the amounts and the invoice numbers join, and the two month-boundary traps that open a gap to the portal. - [Filing GSTR-1 as a Flipkart seller](https://fynxiq.com/guides/gstr-1-for-flipkart-sellers): The Sales Report and Flipkart’s own GSTR report, what each is for, and the four places Flipkart’s files are easy to misread. - [Why a B2CS row can legitimately be negative](https://fynxiq.com/guides/b2cs-negative-values): Why a B2CS row in GSTR-1 can be negative: returns that cross a month boundary, how they net against sales, and when a negative figure is a problem. - [Filing GSTR-1 as a Myntra seller](https://fynxiq.com/guides/gstr-1-for-myntra-sellers): The three Myntra reports a month needs, why they overlap, returns from last month, and what Myntra does not send: an HSN code and an invoice number. - [Reconciling GSTR-2B with your purchase register](https://fynxiq.com/guides/gstr-2b-reconciliation): Why credit follows the GSTR-2B, not your books, since January 2022; Every plan runs every check and all of GSTR-1, GSTR-2B, GSTR-3B, TCS and Tally, and produces the same JSON. ## Common questions - Do I need an accountant to use fynxIQ? No. You download the reports your marketplaces already give you, drop them in, and get a JSON file to upload on the GST portal. Where something needs a decision, fynxIQ explains what the decision is in plain language rather than asking you to know a table number. - Does fynxIQ file the return for me? No. It prepares and checks the return and gives you the JSON. You upload it on the GST portal yourself and submit it there. Nothing is filed on your behalf and your portal password is never asked for. - Which marketplaces are supported? Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and Myntra, each read by rules written for its own reports and checked against real seller months and the portal’s TCS statement, including Amazon’s GST ready-to-file workbook. Anything else at all, another marketplace, an accounting export or a register you keep in Excel yourself, can be read on request or mapped by hand once. A GSTR-1 exported from Tally, Busy or Marg in the offline tool’s template is read too; that path is built from the published template and says so. A TallyPrime Day Book export is read as vouchers, so a client who keeps books in Tally needs no other file for the GSTR-1. - Is fynxIQ only for GSTR-1? No. GSTR-1 is where it started and where most of the checks are, but the app also holds your purchase register and bills against the GSTR-2B to show which credit you can claim, drafts the GSTR-3B from the GSTR-1 and the GSTR-2B, compares the portal’s TCS statement with your sales, and works with Tally both ways: a Day Book export read as vouchers, and the checked month sent back as sales and purchase vouchers. A practice gets a firm workspace on top: a board and a calendar of every client, the GSTR-1 and the GSTR-3B marked filed with their ARNs, and upload links for clients. All of it is on every plan, the free one included. - Are there free tools I can use without an account? Yes, six, all running in your browser with nothing sent anywhere: a GSTR-1 converter for Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and Myntra reports that shows the return and every check, a GSTR-1 JSON validator, an HSN code checker, a GST late fee calculator, a TCS calculator and a GSTIN checker. They are listed at /tools. - My file is not from a marketplace. Can fynxIQ still read it? Yes. Upload it and fynxIQ will tell you what every sheet in it turned out to be, one word each: orders, a finished return, a cover page, a purchase register, or unknown. For anything it cannot place, press the button and it works out what each column holds, then asks you about whatever it genuinely cannot settle, in whichever language you picked, as buttons rather than a form. Every arithmetic check still runs afterwards and can still refuse the return, so a wrong answer to a question costs you a corrected mapping, not a wrong filing. - Can it ask me things in Hindi, or my own language? Yes. Pick from fourteen languages beside the Ask box, including Hinglish written in Roman letters. Every question fynxIQ asks about your file in the column mapper, every plan it writes for a check, and the whole of the AI second opinion (what is wrong, what it costs and the steps to fix it) come back in that language. GST terms like GSTIN, HSN and taxable value stay in English because that is how they are printed on your own reports, and all numbers stay in Latin digits so you can check them against your marketplace dashboard. - I uploaded the GST ready-to-file report Amazon gives me. Is that enough? It works, and fynxIQ converts it to the JSON the portal accepts. But it is worth knowing what it is: a finished return that somebody else prepared, in which the invoices have already been collapsed into state and rate totals. fynxIQ checks it agrees with itself, and it can check nothing beyond that, because the orders behind it are no longer in the file. Upload the transaction report for the same month as well and it reconciles the two and tells you every figure they disagree on. On a real July 2025 report, the workbook’s own HSN summary declared twenty-one rupees more tax than the rest of the same workbook. - fynxIQ says my file is wrong and offers to fix it. Should I let it? Read what it says it will change first; it always says. A repair is only ever offered where a figure the file got wrong can be proved wrong from figures the same file got right: for instance an HSN summary whose tax is not its own rate times its own taxable value, where the sheet’s other columns agree with the correct figure. No repair touches a sales figure, none is applied unless you press the button, and what it changed is stated on the return afterwards. If your file came from a marketplace, the same fault will be in next month’s file, so it is worth telling them. - What does "the return has to balance" actually mean? Tables 4 to 9 and Table 12 describe the same month from two directions, so their totals must be identical. fynxIQ compares them in integer paise with no tolerance. If the difference is not exactly zero, the download stays closed and the app names the amount and the rows behind it. - Why does it refuse to let me download sometimes? Because a blocker means a specific figure in the return does not agree with another figure in the same return. Filing it would put a number on record that you would later have to explain. Every blocker names the amount and where it came from so it can be settled at source. - What if my marketplace changes its report format? The engine says so rather than guessing. Unrecognised columns produce a warning, unrecognised values produce a blocker, and you can point the fields at the new columns yourself in a minute using the mapper. - Does it prepare GSTR-3B? It drafts it, to hold against the portal’s before you submit. Table 3.1 and 3.2 come from the month’s GSTR-1, Table 4 from the GSTR-2B, the reversals you state go in the rows Circular 170/02/2022-GST gives them, credit pays tax in the order the Act fixes, and the tax your marketplaces collected at source is applied to the cash. Drop the portal’s own 3B PDF beside it and every figure is compared. It does not work out interest, late fee or imports of services, and it says so. - Can it tell me which input tax credit I can claim? It holds your GSTR-2B, as the portal’s JSON or Excel, against your purchase register and your photographed or PDF bills, and says of every bill whether it is in the statement, missing from it, or different. Credit can be taken only on what the GSTR-2B carries (section 16(2)(aa), rule 36(4)). Whether a credit is blocked under section 17(5) is your judgement: mark the bill, and its tax goes into its cost in the Tally files and its total is offered for Table 4(B)(1) on the GSTR-3B draft, where you can also state any other reversal. - Does it work with Tally? Yes, both ways. In: a TallyPrime Day Book exported as XML is read and the GSTR-1 built from its vouchers, each line traced to its voucher. Out: the checked return exports as Tally’s XML import files, one voucher per invoice to a registered buyer, consumer sales as one summary per marketplace per state, credit and debit notes, and from the Purchases page a purchase voucher for each bill with the ledgers they post to. It posts only to ledgers you have named, once per client, and holds back any voucher whose ledgers are not named rather than guess. A bill whose input tax cannot be claimed, because the portal says so or because you marked it as blocked under section 17(5), goes with its tax in its cost. The sales files were tested by importing into a TallyPrime 7.1 company and reading back its Day Book and GSTR-1, and the purchase files by importing them and reading back its Day Book and GST reports; import into a copy of your company the first time. - Does a clean return mean every figure is right? No. The checks prove the return agrees with itself, with the files you gave it and, when you add it, with the portal’s TCS statement. They cannot prove your files are complete, or that a tax treatment is right. That judgement stays with you and your accountant. - What if I upload the same file twice? Nothing is counted twice. Every line carries a key made from its source, its document type, its own line id and its rate, and a second copy of a line is dropped. Where two copies of one line disagree, as a marketplace’s B2B and B2C exports sometimes do, the first is kept and the return says the two differed. - Monthly or quarterly? Both. Set each GSTIN as monthly or quarterly under the QRMP scheme, and the GSTR-1 is built for the month or for the whole quarter, with the quarter’s last month as its period, which is what the portal’s JSON carries. - What does a CA firm get? A practice workspace, chosen at sign-up on any plan; the plan sets how many GSTINs and logins. Every client sits on one board per period: nothing yet, blocked, ready, nil, or filed. Above it, a calendar of every return by due date, overdue first, then the next seven days, then the rest; a PMT-06 is listed by its date and never called overdue. Staff are assigned client by client and see only their clients, the client list imports from Excel, every change is in the activity log, and the owner signs in with a second factor. Everything can be taken out as one zip, and a deleted client can be restored for seven days. - Can I mark the GSTR-3B filed as well as the GSTR-1? Yes. Each client’s month has a GSTR-1 mark and a GSTR-3B mark, each with its own ARN and date, and a return leaves the calendar the moment its ARN is recorded. Reminder emails go out three days before a due date, stop for a return once it is marked, and can be turned off in Settings. The status workbook for the period carries both ARNs. - Can my clients send me their files without an account? Yes, on a practice. Make an upload link for a client and a period and send it. The client opens it, drops the month’s files, sees the return and its checks built on their own device, and sends. The files are read on the client’s device and never sent; what reaches you is the prepared return, its checks, their note and each file’s fingerprint. A link lasts fourteen days and can be revoked. - Where does my sales data go? Marketplace reports, registers, a Tally Day Book and your GSTR-2B are read in your own browser, and their invoice lines, customer states and order references do not reach our servers. What we store is your account, your plan, and a record of the totals you prepared. Two things are different and you choose both: a photographed or PDF bill is sent to be read when you ask for it, and a month a client sends a firm through an upload link arrives as the prepared return, which carries registered buyers’ invoices the way the portal’s JSON does. - What happens to a photographed bill? It is sent through our server to Anthropic’s Claude API, or Google’s Gemini API when Claude cannot answer. Neither may train on it; Google’s paid tier does not keep it, and Anthropic deletes it within 30 days. That happens only after you agree to it once, in writing, and the agreement can be withdrawn in Settings. We keep no copy of the image. What was read is shown to you beside the picture and counts only once you confirm it. - What does the AI second opinion see? A summary of derived totals, HSN codes, your own product titles and the findings the rules produced. No GSTIN, no buyer, no address, no order reference. The app shows you the exact bytes before anything is sent, and asks first. - Can the AI change my return? No. Deterministic rules decide whether a return can be filed. The model reads their findings back and points at things rules cannot express. It cannot clear a blocker, cannot change a figure, and is never allowed to report that a return is correct. - Will you ask for my GST portal password? Never. There is no field for it and no route that takes one. By default fynxIQ does not connect to the portal at all. Portal access through a GST Suvidha Provider is built and not offered yet; once it is offered, it is switched on for one registration at a time with the taxpayer’s own OTP, used once and never stored, and only reads; Revoke ends it at once. You upload the JSON and submit it on the portal yourself. - Can I delete my data? Yes. The owner can take everything out as one zip from Settings, then delete the organisation there. It is hidden at once and purged seven days later, and until then the owner can restore it. Payment records are kept, because we are required to keep them. - Can I try it before paying? Yes. The free plan covers 2 GSTIN profiles and 6 prepared returns a month, with every validation rule running in full, the GSTR-2B, the GSTR-3B draft and Tally, and the same GSTN-ready JSON the paid plans produce. The checks are the product, and they are not held back on the free plan. - What happens if I stop paying? The account falls back to the free plan’s limits. Returns you have already prepared stay readable, your filing history stays intact, and the GST profiles you have created keep working; you simply cannot add more. Nothing is deleted for non-payment. - How quickly does support answer? Within one working day, Monday to Saturday, Indian time, on every plan including the free one. Write to official@fynxiq.com or raise a ticket from the Ask box in the app; the person answering is the one who built the checks, so a question about a figure gets an answer about the figure. - Do you offer annual billing? Yes. Paid yearly, every paid plan costs at least 16 per cent less than twelve monthly payments. Each plan’s yearly price is on the pricing page. ## Contact - Email: official@fynxiq.com - [Contact](https://fynxiq.com/contact): Write to a person - [Questions](https://fynxiq.com/faq): Answers on the returns, what it refuses and why, where data goes, the AI, and billing - [About](https://fynxiq.com/about): Who built fynxIQ, and the filed GSTR-1 whose HSN summary missed most of its sales - [Start free](https://fynxiq.com/signup): An account on the free plan: 2 GSTINs and 6 prepared returns a month, no card - [Terms](https://fynxiq.com/legal/terms): What the software does and does not do, and what stays your responsibility - [Refunds and cancellation](https://fynxiq.com/legal/refunds): How refunds are decided and what happens to an account afterwards - [Security](https://fynxiq.com/security): Where your files go and how long they stay - [Privacy](https://fynxiq.com/legal/privacy): What is stored, and what is never sent anywhere ## Not indexed - /app and everything under it is the signed-in application. - /api is not documented and is not a public interface.
